BWI spending millions on capital improvements, boosting international travel business
Among its plans for expansion, BWI hopes to move on building a new onsite hotel. The airport put out a request for proposals for the project last year but didn’t receive any responses. Now it’s trying to refine the procurement request to take market feedback into account. City of Westminster seeking developers for Signature Project
The City of Westminster is seeking a private sector partner to redevelop the former Wakefield Valley Golf Course into a signature project for the city. Interested parties should click here for more details and submit a letter for evaluation by March 31, 2016.
