This payment form may be used for membership renewals and other MHLA activities, such as events or sponsorships. If you have an invoice, please enter the number in the form below.  And if you are joining as a new member, please fill out an application on the JOIN page before submitting payment.  Thank you!

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY

Events:
Event registrations may be refunded in full, less a $35 administrative fee, up until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline no refunds will be given.

Membership Dues:
If members have attended two association related meetings or events and are not 100% satisfied, a dues refund may be requested and will be prorated on a quarterly basis. A $45 administrative fee will apply.
