Proposed changes to Maryland Pool and Spa Regulations

Urgent Call to action by pool and spa operators!!! The Department of Health & Mental Hygiene has proposed MANY new changes to pool regulations. The changes are published in the MD Register issue date January 22, Volume 43 Issue 2. We recommend ALL pool and spa operators review the proposed changes in their entirety and submit comments.
